黑龙江省政法管理干部学院

位于黑龙江省哈尔滨市的黑龙江司法警察职业学院，是经黑龙江省人民政府批准，教育部备案的全日制政法高等学校。学院主要为司法行政系统培养人民警察，培养法律服务、经济管理、计算机应用等高等职业人才。学院承担全省在职司法行政干警和共青团干部的培训任务。2009年5月，学院被中央政法委员会、中央组织部、教育部、司法部等11个部委列为国家政法警察招聘培训体制改革试点单位，成为东北三省和内蒙古自治区唯一的政法警察招聘培训体制改革司法试点机构。黑龙江省政法管理干部学院根据国家十三五教育规划，经黑龙江省教育厅批准，纳入黑龙江省司法警官职业学院。

Public College of Politics and Law (Higher Vocational College)

Heilongjiang Vocational College of Judicial Police, located in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is a full-time higher education institution of politics and law approved by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province and recorded by the Ministry of Education. The college mainly trains people's police for the judicial and administrative system, as well as other higher professional talents in legal service, economic management and computer application for the society. The college undertakes the task of training on-the-job judicial administrative police and Communist Youth League cadres in the province. In May 2009, the college was listed as a national pilot institution of the recruitment and training system reform of political and legal police officers by 11 ministries and commissions, including the Central Committee of Political and Legal Affairs, the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Justice, becoming the only judicial pilot institution of the recruitment and training system reform of political and legal police officers in the three northeastern provinces and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. According to the National Education Plan of the 13th Five-Year Plan and approved by the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang College of Administrative Cadres of Politics and Law was merged into Heilongjiang Vocational College of Judicial Police.
